Dovetail HR’s Early Customer Christmas Present

It’s simply the greatest feeling working for a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider! The continuation of update after update not only motivates our customers but also our employees.  We also continue to push the bar in the HR Service Delivery world.  How can the competition keep up at our pace; well, they can’t.

We continue to ship 3-4 updates per year, and we can do this because we have a true SaaS model. All our customers speak the same language because they are ALL on the same version. Our customer support team are empowered and efficient, because they only need to learn one product, and our R&D is focused on the next version.

With this latest release we have added a real time integration between Dovetail Employee Engagement Suite and Workday.  We are a Workday partner, which provides us access to a Workday tenant, Workday training, and Workday resources. So what better way to utilize all of that, than provide our joint customers with an early Christmas present!

We’ve also redesigned our Employee Service Portal, making it mobile/tablet compliant, and have added another 6 languages to our product.  On top of this, there are several other enhancements that our customers will all benefit from.  Guess what, all customers will benefit the same day, that’s SaaS for you!

Oh, and did I say the upgrade to the latest release takes minutes, that’ll be that SaaS thing again!
