What can Asset Management do for HR Healthcare? Find out at the ASHHRA Conference
The 48th annual ASHHRA Conference & Exposition is quickly approaching, and we are thrilled to be attending for the 2nd year in a row. ASHHRA has a great agenda lined up this year. With Tom Flick, former NFL Quarterback, Success Coach, and Change Management Specialist, speaking at the opening ceremony and Carson Kressley, renowned Stylist and television star, closing out the conference, you will be entertained and motivated while getting a large chunk of your recertification hours.
In addition to hearing some entertaining and well-respected speakers, you have the opportunity to network with other HR healthcare professionals with the same goals and challenges you have and an opportunity to check out the latest support, services and technology designed to make your job easier and help you do it better. The ASHHRA exhibit hall will be opened Sept 23rd – 24th and Dovetail will be at booth #235.
We are particularly excited about exhibiting this year because we’ve had two major changes in the last year that have enabled us to better cater to healthcare industry:
- We hired Dwane Lay, Head of HR Process Design: Prior to joining Dovetail, Dwane was Director of Human Resources at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and responsible for moving HR from a transactional focus to an HR Business Partner structure. He has experienced the challenges faced by HR healthcare professionals and has helped our product and implementation team understand the specific needs of healthcare organizations and as a result, we’ve been able to customize our product to serve them more effectively. Find him at the Dovetail booth at ASHHRA to discuss why he thinks implementing an HR Case Management solutions is particularly beneficial for healthcare organizations.
- We’ve added Asset Management for HR Healthcare: This year, we’ll be showcasing our latest release of Dovetail Support Suite for HR, an HR Case Management and Help Desk software enabling companies to do a better job tracking and managing HR-related issues and requests, which delivers several new features, one of which is particularly relevant to HR healthcare organizations. The Asset Management feature gives you the ability to track certifications and licenses and their expiration dates enabling you to easily be prepared for a visit from any regulatory inspection group. With Asset Management, it will take you minutes not days to prepare your files for a visit from the Joint Commission. It enables you to easily:
- keep track of all license renewals,
