Dovetail Software has put together a series of informative, 30 minute webinars exploring some of the ways in which HR Service Delivery can be significantly enhanced while containing costs and reducing legal exposure within your organization.
We will cover one topic per month, typically on the third Thursday at 10:00 AM Central and repeating on the following Tuesday at 2:00 PM Central. Here’s a list of the currently scheduled webinars.

We will cover the basic concepts of Knowledge Management and how its use allows HR organizations to better leverage the collective experience of their staff and the history of past employee interactions. We will also show methods for the efficient capture of such knowledge.
Ensuring Reliable Service and Boosting Efficiency with Workflow Automation
We will cover the basics of workflow automation, discuss real-world employee engagement scenarios where automation can enhance the delivery of services, and then demonstrate these automations in action.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Mitigating Legal Risk with Comprehensive Audit Trails
We will discuss and demonstrate a simple system for keeping a comprehensive and centralized log of all employee interactions. Such a system will help ensure compliance with government regulations and reduce the risk of employee lawsuits.
