My mission as a blogger and a content developer is to create valuable, educational content for my readers through a deeper understanding of what HR practitioners need to improve their work experience and add more value to their organizations. The most valuable feedback and information I collect is not from analysts, consultants or my boss (sorry Boss), it’s from you – our readers.
